Release of CD "Abans que t'adormis"
Lately realised CD ?Abans que t?adormis? is a hommage to music of lately died young talented spanish composer Sergio Ramis. The recording session took place in August in Sonoteque Studio in Palma de Mallorca. International mix of musians from many cities of Spain, Croatia, Poland and Colombia enthusiastic followed this extraordinary idea of Magí Garcías, who was not only organiser and artistic director of the whole project but also one of the performing artists and the best friend of the composer.
On the CD we can find pieces for many different combination of instruments: for piano solo, song for soprano with piano, clarinet quartet, jazz trio, saxophon ? piano duo or big ensemble of 11 musicians. Except of compositions of Sergio Ramis himself, there are also 2 written expeccialy for ocassion of his friends: Nu?o Fern?ndez Ezquerra i Pablo Carrascosa Llopis, what creates interesting contrast between different styles and their personalities.
